Bob was great, but they did not fix the problem. Off to Toyota she went.

Robert is the best! He's super friendly and I trust him which is always the most important attribute a customer looks for when dealing with a car repair company.

Had problem with Tire going flat, brought my vehicle in dropped it off they took it into the bay repaired the tire and gave me the screw that was in it. Friendly fast and courteous service.

I'm always happy with the job they do for me anytime I need something done on my vehicle's they make it to where they can get me end.

They were quick and efficient. Generally I’m waiting over an hour but this location had me done in about 30 minutes.

Great I like taking my car there very fair and honest.

Excellent customer service, professional employee/friendly place of business. Make sure customers are satisfied with service, do vehicle checks/tags upon arrival, always explain the problems that your vehicle is having before completing service on vehicle. I am very satisfied with NTB Tire & Service Center.
