Great service!

They stayed after closing to fix my tire because otherwise I would have been stranded. I appreciate them doing that. They were very busy with fixing flat tires when I arrived and I had a flat tire as well and my spare was flat.

Robert and Stacey were awesome, they worked with me to get my tire from one location to another without any issue. I will bring my vehicles to this location from now on, my experience was stress free, the culture was pleasant, and the customer service was 1st class. Robert is the store manager, and he was just awesome, Stacey service manager and she made getting service easy. You have two awesome folks at 108 Chalmers Rd, Greenville, SC 29605 location.

Professional as always

Walked in and the store was very clean. Was invited to the counter to get started. Robert got me checked in and also asked if I had any NTB coupons I would like to use. Robert then went over my work order line by line and asked if I had any questions. I got updates on a regular and felt like I was in and out. Great service I will be back.

Basically was in and out did not take long for them to to replace my tires. They did it time efficiently.

They were very knowledgeable and offered to show me the brakes so I understood what needed done. Would recommend to anyone.
