Ive been going there for a long time. My engine light came on so I took it there to find out what was wrong. They diagnosed it and told me he had to do with the exhaust and needed a smoke test. They recommended Chuck Coats Automotive. They were very kind in not charging me for their diagnosis. Id recommend to anyone.

We were on our way back from Disney World to Louisiana and about 2½ hours from home yesterday afternoon (on a Saturday). We heard a noise on the interstate and our car started shaking so we got off at the nearest exit. The belts of one of our tires was coming out of the sidewall. We were lucky not to have a blowout at 75mph. I looked for tire dealers nearby and found that the Gulfport NTB was practically across the street. I brought the car in and explained the situation to James Brand, the store manager. He was beyond professional and understanding. This was late in the day and he was obviously completely booked up. This did not matter, however, in that he assured me they would do their best to mount a new tire and get us on our way. He kept his word in that we were done and back on our way home in less than 45 minutes. This was outstanding customer service and I can’t thank him and his staff enough.

Excellent work; I'm new to Midas but I will continue to service my 2013 Ford Focus there in the future. The service and work provided far exceeds what I've been getting from the Ford Dealership Service department. After repeated bad experiences with them I knew I had to make a change. I consider myself very lucky to have chosen Midas on Reynolds Road by Airport Highway in Toledo, Ohio -- right around the corner from where I live.
