Expensive compared to some of the local trusted shops in the area. I do like the way they get you in & out quick. I like that the report to car fax for record keeping.

I moved here from IL the service here was great, very different from the service up north. Very friendly and customer service was awesome 👌.

Our Local NTB, on Highway 49 North in Gulfport MS, has always been a great experience. James, Laurie, and the staff, make maintaining my vehicle a "no wrries" situation.

service was good, but I think the price on patching a tire is out rages

I have been a customer since NTB opened on hwy 49. They are honest and do exactly what you want with NO up charging. Work is done quickly and accurately and at a very reasonable price.

The service was lousy. I went in because I was told by a driver behind me that my brake lights were out on March 16.The Midas on Reynolds Road said that the ONLY LIGHTS OUT were two of five of the stop light bulbs.Today March 28, after going to the dealer for an oil change I was told that my brake lights were out. I then go straight back to the Midas with questions, comments and concerns because something was definitely questionable about the recent service ONE STAR SERVICE!

It was fairly quickly done. The associates were friendly and able to answer my questions.

They took a really long time it was a lot of standing around looking at cell phones and drinking. Not a lot of working going on I will never go there again

Friendly staff, very clean. Took a little longer than expected. Overall, great service!

misdiagnosed issue and added ,more issues to pad the account and increase estimate. towed car to another place, fixed car for $540 versus $1300
