I called and spoke with the service manager, Ed, re a tire emergency. Not only did he tell me to bring my car right in, when I got there, we just picked up the conversation...as though he had been waiting for me (though there were other guests there, I felt like the only one....not rushed at all). He kept me updated on the progress of the repair and made a couple of recommendations. It was unreal service.
