The new Manager Kiersten was on duty and she was completely clear on every step during my visit. Even with having two new technicians who started today? They seemed to already know what they were doing! When I asked how, she was very clear that they were beyond qualified and came with extensive background and experience in the field. It showed. They had my vehicle in and out even when the part store mixed up my oil filter because there where two for the year my vehicle was made! Even still, all the school work I brought by in preparation for a lengthy wait barely got touched! I didn’t even get a third of the way through. I will be planning and scheduling to drop my car off for my brakes soon!

My tires had lug nut issues that cause a delay in the service. This was clearly communicated with me and I was able to make plans for the change and my service was completed the next day.

We were on vaca and needed a tire repaired (hole plugged) because we were driving home that day. We went to Firestone and they told us they couldn’t help. It took NTB 30 min and we were on our way. Thanks!!!

I came during an interesting time where an employee walked out and quit after taking money from the cash drawer. It was interesting to say the least, but the manager or woman who is to come in and ‘flip’ this location was great. She made it an overall positive experience as well as the quick technicians. I will definitely never forget being the only witness to an employee stealing and quiting in that way. But, the people who are there NOW seem to be great.

Laura problem solved some issues very effectively. She needs a raise. She also needs more help at that facility-both up front and technicians. Or schedule less customers to a manageable level. Also, people not coming in on time is an issue at this store. Again, Laura was OOUTSTANDING!
