The door was open more than 30 minutes before Opening time if 8:00 am Tire came in as promised I was in & out in less than 30 minutes

I am disappointed in the amount of time I sat there waiting for my car to be serviced. I was initially told an hour and a half and ended up waiting 3 hours.

Work performed satisfactory, communication needs improvement. Dropped car off at 1 pm for oil change and tire going flat (1 of 4 purchased just over a year) 4 pm called them. Was informed the tire had to be replaced, they would have to wait until Monday morning. They knew we were waiting to drop a second car off when 1st car was done. We could have scheduled our day differently. Called Monday 11 am and they still hadn't gotten new tire, like did they forget? Communication is key.

Excessive wait time for a scheduled appointment basically for a tire rotation. 1 1/2 hours from arrival time to service completed with no explanation for excessive time takenThere is a difference in opinion as to alignment specifications. Alignment set to specifications of authorized Audi dealer, Audi Sarasota. Not to Tire Kingdom specs.
