Needed tires due to a funeral, was able to schedule same-day, appointment and receive new tires in just over an hour. The car is ready to go, and I will probably return for brake service. It was the least amount of time I have ever waited in a shop for tires. Thank you for everything.

They did a nice job. But forgot to put air in the tires or check them for proper pressure. Also left the truck on the rack an extra 10 min before Jim told them to take it down

Took over 2 hours when I had an appointment. Gave excuses that he only had one alignment rack. Then dont over book yourself.

"I have three vehicles getting serviced there for years with no good experience recently. It seems getting worse and worse: 1. Appointment is worthless, taking 5 hours for oil change and tire rotation; 2. Took over 5 hours for installation of new tires, even though, it was out of balance after installation, had to go back twice to get it fixed; 3. Didn't cover the seat and floor when servicing the vehicle, made the seat dirty and grease, and DID NOT admit and wouldn't do anything about it, and the worst is blaming the customer himself; 4. Broke a bolt in the wheel when doing rotation and didn't say anything about it, let the customer drive unsafe vehicle without fixing it, luckily, we found it on time; 5. Lack of communication, for many times hours after dropping the vehicle, never informed us of the progress, we had to call the shop and see if it is ready. I hate to complain, but this place is getting horrible..... Hope they can treat all customers equally....."

Work was not completed as specified. I set up appointment for Sat. 9am, dropped car Friday 5pm. Got a call car was complete at 1130am. Showed up to get vehicle and notice tires were not aligned or rotated. Inside gauges were not reset for oil change. They said they were sorry and I picked the vehicle up on Sunday at ~1pm. Not a happy camper....
