The Manager, Mr. Moye was exceptionally excellent in his delivery and he took his time to explain all of the services and the special offers that NTB had to offer.

It was a simple service but they were fast and very reasonable...a lug nut broke but they did not charge me to replace...will use them again..

Friendly service

I was told by the manager my front and rear brakes needed replacing along with my rear chocks. The manager advised me I had a leak in one of the rear shocks. I was in disbelief so I traveled back to the shop to inspect my vehicle. I asked the mechanic why the rear shocks needed to be replaced. His response was, "Toyota recommends they be replaced at 85k miles. Your vehicle has 87k miles." No leak.

The associate was very clear with information about my vehicle and kept me informed about the progress the technician was making along the way. They made me comfortable while I was waiting.

Slow, inattentive staff. Manager only interested in up selling additional services. Tires and rims were returned filthy. Car was ready 4 hours later than promised.

The store manager Elfago was a breath of fresh air compared to what I'm typically used to dealing with at most tire and auto parts stores. He was clear and concise whilst upholding a very professional level communication with me during my visit. He was more than willing to explain and show a issue that was unknown to myself as well regarding the control arms, in which he was more than happy to have his guys replace the parts at a very reasonable price. In the future, I intend to use the NTB on Reisterstown Road as Elfago has more than earned my trust and respect.

The service advisors...Darryl and Charles are very good at what they do. Glen...the mechanic that worked on my car is outstanding, top notch...please do whatever to keep him happy.

The two associates were knowledgeable and friendly and explained what had to be done. Also Glen the mechanic is very good and has been working on my car for a very long time.

Good customer service & have always been satisfied with Glen who has worked and anchored this location For 25 plus years I believe..
