The service advisor and technicians did a great job.

The guy at front desk explain me everything about the new tyre and he also tell me that why my old tyre got messed up because i never did Alignment and the best thing he told me about the 1 year and 3 year alignment option which were great

Great shop but this time my service took too long given that I had an appt that I was on time for. They seemed short on staff and the mechanics were going from car to car completing the service for each vehicle.

My time today at NTB was great because if the wonderful service that I got from Steve Masschelin. He coordinated with his team and helped get my car done quicker as I needed to head out soon. I really appreciate all the hard and diligent work of the mechanics, and the wonderful customer service from Steve Masschelin. I highly recommend NTB and I will definitely come again!

Everything went exactly the way I expected.

Service requested - (1) dismount tire from wheel, reinstall to correct leak at bead, then balance; (2) perform front end alignment. Shop would not do work on tire due to 2/32 tread remaining til tread bar indicator. New tires installed &front end alignment performed. Assuming that most shops would not work on a tire with low tread life remaining, the service was professional and completed on time.

Easy and convenient

2009 Toyota Highlander Limited Hybrid - Replace 1 TPMS Sensor (diagnosis performed at dealer), Alignment (3 year contract), and Balance Tires. Excellent work, excellent communication the day we dropped it off, car was kept overnight, no communication prior to promised pickup time, not ready at scheduled time. Without a suggestion from me, they charged correctly for the balancing. The replacement of TPMS sensor includes the mounting and balancing of the wheel with the new sensor.

Only location within 25 miles that had the tire I needed. Covered under current warranty. So very accommodating as I got a flat tire in the pouring rain/thunderstorm in the late afternoon and made repairs same day while I waited. Took less than an hour and pretty much covered the entire tire + labor.
