Wasn't able to get an alignment done due to tie rod gamets or somethng being frozen, so I wasn't happy about that considering my car had been repaired earlier and no one mentioned anythng being rusted. around the tire areas. So. going back to the beginning and find out what's going on.

I think Latee was the manager who helped me. He was very good and I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me on something I didn't need. It's easy for auto repair shops to lie about needed repairs. I feel confident that this location, and this manager, is someone I can trust. I'm bringing in my wife's car today for an oil change today because of my experience, as well as any other future repairs that NTB can help with.

Latee Waters is one of the best managers I have ever dealt with in any commercial business setting. From the moment you walk in the door he makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. Young lady got me in quicky, and they started on the car right away. Work was done in a little over a hour. Much quicker than my dealer.

I made an appointment 2 days before and when i got there for my appointment it was not on the system, so they make me way for an error that they make, other than that it was ok.

My car needed unexpected repairs that’s couldn’t wait. NTB fit me into their schedule with not hassle. The employees are always friendly and reliable
