The service at NTB on Reynoldsburg/Baltimore Rd. is the best everytime I have to take my vehicle there.

We were traveling across the country and on a Sunday had an unexpected nail in our tire. We booked a hotel and began the search of finding someone who could help us the next day. Only your company had the ability to get us on their schedule for that next day; the other 10 companies around we would have to wait 3-4 days! We went to the store first thing in the morning and explained our situation and wanted to be sure you had our tire size in stock. Your staff was very accommodating, very helpful and friendly. We couldn't have been treated any better. They had an appointment that dropped off that morning and they were able to work us in and we were on the road in an hour and a half. Kudos to your company

I love this particular NTB. Employees are always friendly and informative of what needs to be taken care of; even to the point of visual explanation. The manager is awesome (Ted), employees show that they enjoy their job and always ready/willing to answer questions. I feel confident in what they say needs to be done. A good mechanic that can be trusted is hard to find, I found it here. I will ALWAYS bring my car here.

The Mechanics were more informed than the front desk gentleman. He was also slow and always distracted by everything and everyone while attending to me.

the associate Akea was kind, pleasant and helpful in working with me and providing options for dropping off my car to fix a bad tire. Associate called me when completed and quickly checked me out when I returned.
