I always bring my car here for oil changes as it is the most convenient options since I can schedule online and appointments are fairly easy to get ahold of, especially on saturdays. Staff is always very friendly and doesn’t feel like they’re yanking me around about stuff my car doesn’t need.

NTB (#6293) in Bellbrook OH is my go to spot for tires. Gerald Williams and his staff has always taking care of me. I have a NTB store that is closer to me by 10 minutes, but I rather purchase from Gerald. He is honest and straight forward and always delivers in a timely manner. I have purchased tires from Gerald for all three of my vehicles (Audi/Durango/Yukon Denali). I have also purchased tires for my mother’s vehicle as well. As long as Gerald Williams is my sales rep, I am a repeat buyer.

I can’t speak highly enough of the manager Gerald and his team. They are absolutely top notch. They set the bar high. They are the standard. Gerald and his team are always friendly. They are like family now. They were able to get me scheduled in a timely manner and get the product in that I wanted very quickly. Gerald and his team are always friendly and detail oriented. They don’t miss a thing. Gerald always communicates with me when he discovers some thing of concern, and he explains things thoroughly in a friendly manner. Gerald and his team always provide timely, friendly service. He just can’t say enough good things about this team. Whatever you are paying Gerald, it is not enough. I will never get my tires anywhere else as long as he is there. They are always able to take care of me right away if I need a repair or rotation because they know and understand the importance of my vehicle. I use it for a government contract and put 1700 miles a week on it. They always provide fast friendly service and get me back on the road in a timely manner.
