NTB-National Tire & Battery

First time I went for tire replacement on 8/22 the tires were not in stock. I was told when I made the appointment they were. When I went in on 8/30 they had given the tires to someone else. This was remedied with different tires. The first counter manager I worked with, Scott, was pretty unkempt and unprofessional. I forget the name of who I worked with the 2nd time but he was better and worked with me to get a new set of tires

Bad service and they dont have creditability

Cost is getting up there. I may switch based on that. These $10 coupons are only good for 90 days; but if I don't need an oil change at 90 days, it's worth $0. Bums me out.

Tires never rotated. Blamed it on blown rear air shocks which was a COMPLETE LIE. Never will be back to this poor business.

I got the tires I need it. The locations is close to my home which it makes this store my place to go. Price is good compared to other stores , competitors.

First off they did me a huge favor today Gerald the general manager and the mechanic Paul I bealive his name is so I bought a power steering rack and had ntb install it upon installing during the final test they found out autozones product was defective they called me immediately and told me I could come get it and swap it out and bring another same day the mechanic was late for his lunch because he took the time to take it out so I could return it and swap it out it gets better so the second rack I got from autozone was defective too because the seals were missing but Gerald the general manager quickly resolved it by getting the seals I needed from his source not only did he not charge me for double labor he took the time to make me feel like ntb had my back

Traveling and needed a quick tire replacement and worked with us to get things back up and running.

The tires were priced fairly and the staff was friendly and service was good.

Thus was an emergency as I had a screw in my tire, they said bring it right in and fixed it immediately. Was done within 30 minutes. I usually don’t have issues with my vehicle, and take my suv for regularly oil changes and such. They are always outstanding and I appreciate them getting me in so fast. I already made my appointment for my regular oil change next week. Highly recommend!!!

Gerald and Steve are very good to help me out with my car problems I would highly recommend these guys to all my friends and family thank you.

The team at the Bellbrook location is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They look at what is best for their customers not just the quick buck
