The technician shared with me several leaks in my tire. I was only aware of one neail. I had three nails in my tire.

The store manager explained the use of the grade of oil 5W (from the manufacturer) vs 10W on the cars oil cap). He also offered me a discount on the wiper blades from Michelin. He was friendly and genuine.

The chillum road store is awful and should be closed. The automotive way store is always exceptional! They should be recognized for excellent customer service. They need cool ntb long sleeve tee shirts or underarmor compression shirts or really sharp ntb jackets. It would boost morale and help them through cold and flu season! Thanks again!

The NTB supervisor was great greeted me with a smile, very welcoming and professional and told me that I would receive a discount on my oil change and because my credit card had not change over and I just applied for the new NTB card, he walk me though the process of find out what my credit card account number is and that put my mind at ease. Alvaro Aguilera delivered the most exceptional service during my encounter. He was completely professional & kind to all the patrons, despite the heavy traffic of vehicles needing assistance. He even defused an unruly customer in the friendliest & most efficient way possible. While exchanging pleasantries & inquiring about the busy day, he shared how staffing was limited. Despite not having any relief (or a break), he still provided superior service and attention to every person that came into the service center during my wait. I wanted to share this to let you all know of the exceptional representation of your brand he was providing, especially during the busy holiday season. Kudos to him, and I will return to this location thanks to this fantastic interaction.
