I was traveling with my 4 children when I got a flat tire. I waited at the nearby Walmart for 2 hours- just for them to tell me that the tire could not be repaired and that I needed a new tire. It was 5:40PM. I called NTB and spoke to John Kane. He told me to come right over. He found a tire in stock and stayed late to get me back on the road safely. He was polite, knowledgeable and a credit to his company \industry. When I called- I fully expected to be told that it was too late to start a new job. I was refreshing to find a company that truly cares about clients and each unique situation.
