Steve and his crew were very professional during my visit I made an appointment but also we drove my wife’s car and got it inspected also.

Slow, as usual. Just wanted an oil change and it took over an hour.

Waited 90 minutes to have a tire replaced. Granted it was on a Sunday.

Friendly and experienced

Guy working the front counter was not pleasant and did not have a good sense for handling customers, a real why am I working here kind of dude. Plus they took too long, I could change out tires faster and I have never change out a tire before.

The only item that could use some work is the amount of time the on-site computer took to provide information about the tires available for my vehicle.

Why do they even take appointments when they make you wait 45 minutes before they start and only after you ask when they will start? And then they tell you the car is done but they havent done the tire rotation they were supposed to do. At least they didnt try to upsell me like the usually do.

Excellent customer service

I told them my 4x4 was making grinding noises and they replaced the sway bars. I told them that was likely not the issue since sway bars wouldn't normally grind, but they said they heard noises from them, so I trusted them against my better judgement. I was right, and the problem was not resolved. They will simply try replacing things on your dime, until they accidentally fix it.

Steven does an excellent job listening to what I needed, and finding the proper solution, as well as explaining what was done.
