Person that I dealt with was very friendly and I was able to get a new battery in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Easy and fast. We ordered premium tires the day before we were going to go on vacation -- they installed the tires and watched our car for a week while we were out.

If someone mentions a vehicle issue I will definitely recommend NTB service.

I was due for an alignment after getting new tires. Better to get it checked after every new set of tires to make sure the tread wear evenly.

Kevin was very thorough and professional. His customer service and conflict resolution skills shows that he has had years of experience with dealing with customers. This was my 1st time at this location but I will be returning.

We were impressed with Kevin Williams when we dropped by to have our old tires checked and decided to try that location instead of the also very good NTB on Carlin Springs Road, that we usually go to, since Kevin's NTB is closer to our home. On the day of our appointment Kevin W. was managing the front desk, dealing with customers, answering calls, doing paperwork as well as working in the shop. He was amazing and kind. Recommendation - If you have a full complement of staff in one site perhaps checking other locations that maybe short of staff would be helpful and send a hand. Throughout the well managed chaos Kevin kept an even upbeat professional manner. You have someone very valuable in Kevin.

I purchased 2 new tires I explained to the person writing my ticket I wanted the tires moved to the front and the 2 new tires put on the rear. After rushing to leave I found this was not done! Had an oil change performed, the oil change needed light was never reset.

Manager Kevin Williams is the reason that I am highly satisfied. He went above and beyond with his customer service skills and helped me get my car running again. His team quickly identified issue (not the starter) and he was great at keeping me updated on the service. I did not have an appointment but Kevin got me in quickly and the service was completed promptly. The quote was cheaper than competitors and he was friendly and eager to help.
