Personnel were veryhelpful and friendly. They accomodated my specific requests for extra services (VA safety inspection) in a timely and convenient way.

Sub par do not like the service visit, had to go back for issue and did not get full veterans discount was not happy

I usually love NTB but this old Merchants facility still carries too much of Merchants and not enough NTB. I hope NTB can get these guys in line and soon. If not, NTB is off my list and no more.
