The customer service guys in the front were super nice and friendly. I communicated my unplanned issue and they explained they may or may not be able to fit my repair in. I left for a little over an hour and when I returned the repair was complete and my car had been started so it would be warm when I got in. Which is an ABOVE and BEYOND service. It was a windy and chilly day, so my car being warm and ready to go was fantastic.
