Staff was very friendly, informative and timely. The shop was very clean and pleasant.

I had the tires put on at a merchant in Roanoke va. Took forever and then the guy at the register lied to me about aligning my truck. They didnt touch it because I watched them thru the door and I used to work in a tire shop so I know they didnt align it. I. Called the merchant in christiansburg set up an appointment and was treated great and prompt there. They did the work I requested and I was off. Will definitely only have my tire work done there in the future.

I was helped quickly, I got an estimate quickly, and something that was supposed to take 2-3 days was done in half a day. The staff notified me when it was done and I was able to pick up my truck by the end of the day

Pretty decent work and so on. Just be wary of going in when a game is playing. Some of the folks got rather distracted.

All work communicate efficiently. Associates knew our history with our vehicles.
