Jackie was my tech, very good man they got me in an out.

Spoke with the manager for a few minutes while I was waiting for the work to be completed. I was impressed with his candor, friendliness, and depth of knowledge on how cars work. I understand that he formerly served with the Coast Guard. One can see how his military training translated into taking care of people in the civilian/corporate world. I was very pleased with the way he treated me!

I accidentally scheduled my appointment for the wrong day but they fixed my tire anyway within the timeframe and price range I was quoted. The associate I worked with was super friendly and helpful, even though the it was totally my fault!

Excellent service. Nevil at the front desk was very good. One little glitch-- I discovered that I had lost my left rear hubcap. Checked w/service center and was offered no help.

Odometer reading was 78,942 miles. Service began 50 minutes after appointment time.After technician lifted, removed wheels, and conducted multi - point inspection, the easily distracted service representative said the ordered tires were not the right size. Rep did not display all available tires that were the right size, provided a revised estimate that was 12% > initial estimate, and eventually adjusted the estimate to within 3% of initial estimate then I let the work order continue.

Great and timely service and no predatory up charges to me as a woman. I felt safe and the service was great.

Done a little later than expected, was disappointed I had to schedule a tire repair, but the work done was great and tire warranty covered the cost.

I was able to satisfactorily change 3-year alignment contract from a car I had to junk for its replacement

My Tire Rotation was excellent.

I received excellent customer service. The staff was very helpful. I scheduled an appointment today to purchase new tires, but the tires I selected online weren't available. The person who helped me was able to find other tires for me instead.
