Very Good and fast service

They let me look at my front and back brakes and were honest about what shape the were in. They explained that the pads were fine and the rear drums were good, they let me know that the brake rotors were thin. They let me come back later for service and since I had 3 other cars which I bring to the shop, I really appreciated them letting me come back another time for the work. I needed to get some other work done on the vehicle first so the saved me money and time to take care of the rotors later and they installed my wipers for me. NTB has the best staff and I really appreciate them looking out for me as a customer. I spend a lot of money with NTB with my 3 vehicles, my wife's vehicle and the vehicle I have for my son. That's 5 vehicles we come to NTB for service. I hope the staff receives something special for their commitment to outstanding customer service at the Dale Boulevard store.

Good trip. Easy to schedule basic oil-change and rotation. Alignment was with purchased 3 year plan. Car was done on time and done correctly. A bit of extra service by checking and topping off power-steering fluid.
