They seemed deligent in getting it right. I had brakes , front struts and rear exhaust.

They took me in quick, even with no appointment. They fixed my issue and had me other road quick.

George De La Cruz and his associate Michael saved a very frantic mom with a sudden flat tire. They went above and beyond in their service, helping me safely get my car into their shop and even used the entire experience as a teaching moment for my daughter who literally got her Learner's Permit that day! The team in Leesburg is always welcoming and helpful. I can't say enough about them! I will always come back to the Leesburg NTB!

Appt was on time work finished fast

The Manager (Richard) was very polite, explained what would be done and even explained in detail the challenges they were experiencing getting the uncommon parts needed for my vehicle

I called ahead to verify they could get the tires that I want it. I scheduled my appointment for later that day. I arrived at 2 p.m. for my appointment and they did not have the tires that they said they had. They proceeded to upsell me more expensive tires. They threw in an $89 alignment for my troubles. I had to go back today because the alignment was done incorrectly. With that being said I would rather I've gotten the tires I want it the first time.

Quick service and I was in and out! Staff was friendly. The only thing I wish is that they would’ve been more approachable when I first walked in. I was standing awkwardly for a while, until one of the people said that they’ll be right with me. I wish they would’ve said that right when they saw me walk-in/waiting.

The service was slow (3.5 hours for new tires and rear brake replacement) and incomplete, because the only parts store in the area that had the required part to repair my sway bar refused to sell to them because of past history. Not going back after my re-work gets done!

Willing to install the tire purchased from a third party and the charge is very reasonable.

Do not take your car here! They are unethical and will take as much money from you as possible to put more money in their pockets. The managers get paid based off of how much money the store brings in, so they will take advantage of you any way possible. They will put old parts on your car and charge you as if its new. They will charge you for OEM parts when they got them from AutoZone (aftermarket). Go somewhere else!
