I had an appointment at 8am and arrived there at probably 8:05, and it took them until about 10:05 to complete the service. I decided to get synthetic oil instead of the usual synthetic mix which the Ford dealerships use most often. They asked me whether I would like my tires rotated and I said yes. I believe they did this, but don't recall any confirmation of it. All in all they seem honest and fair in their work.

I got a flat tire and they were extremely helpful during an unexpected car issue. They made the situation easier since I was extremely stressed out

i had steering pump put in by Merchants/NTB.The next dayPump failed,and was told Rack&Pinion had a leak,and all fluid leaked out,and destroyed the pump.Prior to all of this happening i was told by technician that this was a slow leak,and to keep monitoring it.when i was told by the tech that rack had failed i,m now forced to have to put in a $2,300 Rack which i did.After new rack,and pinion was put in,the car made a loud squealing noise(belt ruined) i dont know if i,ll be coming back.

ordered tires from Simple Tires, scheduled installation, showed up and it was done.

DIdn't try to sell unneeded stuff. What I needed was in stock. Friendly service. Got everything completed unexpectedly quickly.

I walked in to make an appt for a afront end alignment and the manager asked if i was available now! i said yes, he responded and said we will have it done in less than 60 minutes. that is great service.
