It was easy to make an appointment. I was greeted promptly when I arrived. Communication was pretty clear and I did not wait long. This was an easy service overall. I had two tires which needed air. I was not sure if they had a leaky valve. Of course, if in a few days or a week, they start to leak air again, I will make another appointment and return. The location is very close to where I live too which is great.

I was visiting Richmond, VA from Alexandria, VA. The orange tire sensor light came on just as I arrived in Richmond yesterday. I called this morning and spoke with Jonathan Coleman, Service Manager. I explained my dilemma, he told me he was booked solid but if I could get there within 45 minutes, he would check it out. I drove there and he had it checked and determined it was the sensor. He quoted me the price, I agreed then he proceeded with having the work done. The gentleman who performed the work was professional and courteous. I received excellent service as I always have from NTB. Great customer service!
