I hit a nail on I-95. I had no idea where to go and fount this location. It was the ONLY tire place open nearby and just my luck, the computers were down! Dorian took my information and replaced my tire so I wasn’t stranded in an unknown area. We were able to settle the bill when the system came back up. It was the sort of customer service that you don’t see very often anymore. I can’t thank him or speak highly enough of Dorian.

excellent service

I went in with a leaky tire and came out with four news ones and a front end alignment. They were expensive, but relatively prompt. The reason for only two stars is that when I started the car for the first time after the new tires were installed, I got a check engine notice. The shop was unable to figure out why and offered no help. Disappointed. Tires are nice.

I enjoyed chatting with Jonathan at the front desk. He immediately took care of what I needed, was extremely friendly, and was very clear about the price I would be paying for those services. Jonathan deserves a raise - he is awesome!

Theyre money hungry, and will lie to you to make you spend more money. They have lost a customer in me. I will be carrying my business else where from now on!

Management was very nice. I initially came in for an oil change but ended up needing more service done to my car. I got two tires and a wheel alignment. All services were completed within two hours. The breakdown of service fees was explained in detail. The atmosphere in the shop was warm and welcoming.

These mechanics have really Bad attitudes.

Dorien was very communicative and kind through the whole process. I waited during the install of 4 tires and an oil change and was impressed with how quickly it was done.

Jonathan got me in and out and was very friendly. He had exceptional customer service. I will highly recommend others to visit this NTB.
