The price for synthetic oil change included tire rotation. Also, they checked the reason code on the light on my dash - Gratis - without me asking.

the reason i am highly satisfied is because of the store manager JAAD CHEHAB (JC) because we came in and immediately he was friendly and was happy to help us with what ever we needed so i guarantee that i will be coming back to NTB on 780 rogers st lowell. ma.01852-4350 for any other maintenance for my vehicle

My appointment was at the Roger st shop in Lowell, Ma. I had an oil change on my 2006 Buick. The next morning I questioned if the oil filter was leaking when I saw an oil drip on the filter and oil on the belts in that area. Also the check engine light came on upon starting my vehicle. I call NTB immediately and the shop manager JC came to me with another technician as I did not want to drive the vehicle and determined it was not leaking but should have been cleaned better after the oil change. Also with the computer he brought, he discovered there was some kind of air hose leak and as he inspected the hoses, he realized the air filter cover was not put back correctly after it was checked during the oil change. This solved the check engine light. I requested my vehicle be brought back to the shop to double check the oil filter and he was very accommodating and even had the technician clean the oil filter area. I appreciated his quick response and resolution. JC is a great asset to your company. More Managers should handle issues the way he did. Very professional.
