Arrived an hour before closing with a damaged steel rim. No appointment. Rim was repaired while I watched a high school baseball game next door. Associates also found and removed a nail from a tire. Good experience.

Me gustaría que hablarán más español, para tener mejor comunicación con el servicio. Lo de más esta muy bueno el servicio, se ve que tienen todo el equipo necesario para trabajar.

The associate was unnecessarily rude to a customer on the phone when I arrived - the conversation went on for over 5 minutes while I stood in line waiting. I had an appointment but the guy in front of me did not - his vehicle went into the shop almost 40 minutes before mine. The service took far too long. They did not even install my new wiper blades correctly - God only knows what kind of job they do with actual repairs and service!
