Solo lo que necesitaba era una rotación de ruedas y alineación de ellas. Cuando recibí mi factura cobraron cambio de aceite de motor cuando nunca lo solicité, además de eso aun no era tiempo de cambio de aceite

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was called into service area where tech showed me front and rear brakes. He said that the pads were still good, but that the rotors were bad and that both pads and rotors needed to be replaced. Was asked if brakes sounded or felt out of the ordinary, told them that I felt slight pulsating when applying brakes. Rotors felt a little rough, but they were installed new in May of 2019. So I had the front pads and rotors replaced. My question is: Was it really necessary to install new rotors? Couldn't they have been turned, as they did not feel that rough? I feel as though NTB is just trying to make as much money as possible and is not doing what might be best for the customer. Also, why couldn't the pads have stayed on, as they seemed to have plenty of wear left (don't think they bothered to measure them) Frank Composto

I had a 9 am appointment for an oil change. I left at 11. Not until I went to the desk and asked how much longer I was not told they took the wrong car in first that was at 10:15. They say about 10 more minutes and I waited until 11:00 am. They took $30.00 off but 2 hours for an oil change I should have received it for free.

when i walked in for my appointment assosicate was on the phone i stood there 8minutes as she took calls qirhout acknowleding me or telling them to hold while she atleast told me she will be with me in a minute but she continued on phone calls one after another until no more calls came through before she spoke with me which was about 8 minutes. she asked whatboil did i use and i told her she selected one for me never telling me the prices or explaining the difference . appointment qas for 12 for oil vhange and tire rotation i didnt leave until 3pm

I was supposed to go to maine with my children after work and scheduled an oil change that morning for 6pm. They did not take my car until 7:15 and i didnt not leave until 8pm. I was not informed that they wouldn't take my car at my scheduled appointment time or that there would be a wait and a long one at that. when i expressed that i was frustrated afte4 being there an hour and a half the lady at the front said the only reason they even saw me is cuz i booked an appointment they would have just turned me away and at that point i did not even want to continue my service with nbt. i was not able to go to maine that night for the trip my grandfather planned for my children since i didnt leave until 8pm.

I had 4 new tires less than a year and when I went to rotate them 2 were feathering I had to call the tire company myself to get it straightened out and then I was charged 112 . 00 dollars totally unexpected!!!! That’s your expense not mine I want a refund!!!!!!
