I would highly recommend NTB services for tires, maintenance and service for anyone's vehicle. The staff was friendly, conscientious, attentive to detail, and not only explained what was wrong with my car, actually showed me as well. This is highly extraordinary. I came in needing urgent tire replacement due to weather conditions, and the team identified some significant repairs that were needed to be safe on the road. Jesse Slio was friendly, diligent, patient and the epitome of customer service. Truly a pleasure to walk in and be greeted by him and leave feeling taken care of throughout the entire wait. I appreciated his candor and can-do attitude even though it was very busy that evening. I never felt like I was a burden or "just another number" or job to get done. I felt like my problems were his own and it was his job to get it right, treat me fairly, and was genuinely concerned about my safety. The experience was beyond exceptional and I can't thank Jesse and the team enough for their time, effort and care. I will recommend your services to everyone and will be back to get my vehicle serviced here instead of the dealership.
