Needed immediate help with tire damage. Received immediate service. This occured on Christmas Eve afternoon. My regular dealership was closed. This NTB came through and saved our Christmas.

I made my appointment online, and picked out my tires online, and they were expecting me at my appointment time and they have the tires in stock. The only problem I have is when I’m standing around in the sales area the sun is very bright and it’s blinding.

The only concern I have is that the appointment did not start on time. The appointment was for 2 pm but it took about 35 minutes for them to get my car in for the expected service. Once they got it in, it did not take very long to complete service.
