The availability of the tires I wanted and quick appointment openings was great! Other stores would of been 7-10 to get the tires in then another few days for an appointment.

Customer service was very good

Straight forward communication, very accurate on the time the service would take. Also, I was offered an alignment check when I dropped off the car which is always a good idea with new tires and I agreed. The associate said they would let me know. After the alignment check was completed I was informed the car was properly aligned and no alignment service was required. That honesty put NTB in very good light in my book and will bring me back.
