The guy at the front desk was super helpful and informative, I came in to get a oil change and tire rotation. Come to find out I also needed an alignment which they communicated and took care of for me.

They did not honor the appointment time and did NOT balance the tires as requested.

Overall service was great. Sales employees were very friendly and mechanic was obviously highly trained. Entire staff went above and beyond to help my needs

Had to remind service writer and tech that I requested a tire rotation and they also forgot to put an oil change reminder sticker in corner of window, had to turn around and come back to have them put one up. Service writer also told me that my brake fluid exchange couldnt be done because all the techs were gone for the day. So now I have to reschedule to get the service done on my brakes thats recommended by the manufacturer of my car.

My appt was 10am, I was done getting my tires and out the door by 1045. That's the Gold standard you only get at Chic Filet. Friendly and quality service with the bull.

They did not perform the services they are submitting. This location is a fraud! The manager Evan told me he didnt know why any one his employee would tell me service had been done to my car if it had not.. yet hes the one who called, left the voicemail to say the car was ready and checked me out when I arrived to get the car. Once I called back he all of a sudden had no recollection of the conversation... good thing I have his voicemail. Again.. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!
