NTB-National Tire & Battery

Decent I guess. Dropped it off at close & picked up the next day at close.

Got to NTB about 15 minutes early, before my appt time. Was there about 5 minutes, when they pulled my car in to service. While waiting, they quoted a price for synthetic oil, filter, wipers, and cabin air filter. I said ok. They did exactly what i needed, nothing more. About half an hour later, my car was ready for me to drive home. I am one completely happy customer, yes.

Was in and out quickly. Associate was helpful

Everything was efficient and easy. I even received a call that I could come in earlier than my scheduled time as they were running early that day.

Same day service on 65K warranty all season tires. Set an afternoon appointment and tires were installed within an hour. NTB emailed receipt for my records immediately and recorded service on Carfax report. Highly recommended!
