Actually not good twice I went for transmission fluid change and twice I didn't get it done because NTB didn't get part to do the work

I waited for over 7 hrs for my truck and had to come back the next day which I have to get a LYFT which cause me $25. They had to replace a caliper, which was not seen on the first time I took it in for brakes and an alignment. My truck stopped on the hwy 70 and the caliper had locked. Had to get a tow truck to take it to Compare automotive thinking it was transmission, no prob. with it.

Appointment for 1300 waited for 2hrs still sitting in the waiting room.I had to be at work by 15:00 and my truck was still in the spot where I first drove it in at 12:30. I had to reschedule.

"I brought my van in to have 4 new tires placed on it. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my van mechanically before I brought it in. I needed new tires because two of them were worn and they had a buy 2 get 2 free with value install package. The tires and van had 40k miles, so I bought all four. When I got my van back, they told they had to fix the alignment... I said there was nothing wrong with the alignment, so he showed me the information from the computer on how it was off and they adjusted it. I didn't think anything of it. I drove it home (short drive) and it wobbled a little. I thought, okay, maybe it just needs to adjust to the new tires. My wife drove it the next day and told me that it shook. I said okay, I'll call them and have them fix it. I called and made an appointment for the following day. Came in and dropped it off at 5. The cashier said, they would have it looked at and fixed by close (8pm). My wife and I came back at 7:45. Not only did they not get to it, but when they drove it after my wife and I were upset that it was not taken care of, they said nothing was wrong. I drove it with the ""mechanic"" and I told him to let go of the steering wheel. When he did, the van veered to the right. I said, did you see it going to the right? He said, yeah, it might be an alignment then. He then proceeded to take it on the highway and it started shaking. I said, do you feel that? He said, yeah it's shaking a little, but not as much as she (my wife) was making it out to be. I said, it shouldn't shake at all. We got back to the shop and the cashier comes to me and says, he (the ""mechanic"") said he didn't feel anything and that it might be the brakes. My wife and I said, bring him out again, cause that is not what we were discussing in the car. When he came back out, he stated that, yes it was wobbling, but they could not do anything because they were closed, we asked what we could do, because we have kids that we have to drive places. They said to come back tomorrow. My wife and I both work and need this vehicle to run properly. We have wasted so much time here. They are liars and they will mess up your car. Please, do not go here! You will get a better deal and the same service at a junk yard. I am so frustrated, I can't believe a place like this still exists. Im going to reach out to corporate, but I have no hope that this will get better, so I am also writing to the bbb."

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND THEGUY WORKING UP FRONT WASN'T WILLING TO HONOR THAT TIME. HIS APPEARANCE WAS POOR AS WELL AS THE LOCATION. I WILL NEVER VISIT THAT LOCATION AGAIN.
