When I spoke to the owner last week he was very friendly and told me the price of the tires. I scheduled an appointment for 11 o’clock today and they took me on time and I was on my way in a couple hours. I asked if they do oil changes and he explained to me that yes they do and I would get free tire rotation included with that oil change. I believe I will be bringing my vehicle to this location to have my oil changed from now on.

The manager Andy communicated with me very well about everything he found on my truck and what was going to be needed to get me back in the road. He did a great job making sure I was taken care of as a customer.

Purchased my battery and had it installed there 6-7years ago. Guess what needed another battery, car wouldn’t crank in garage at home. Removed my battery and drove to NTB. We are in a super heat wave. 100 deg plus. Taco and the techs at NTB were there getting the job done. Shop was full and we were warmly greeted and taken care of when we walked in. Taco got us the replacement battery and we were on our way. Thanks guys! Keep on wrenching and treating customers fairly, we will be back soon!

Andy is THE MAN! Highly professional every time I come in and he takes care of things in a timely manner and they have a diamond in the rough as far as a captain to lead the ship efficiently is concerned.
