Excellent customer service. I was going through a personal & financial crisis at the time and Juniero helped me out to get my oil changed. Not sure my car would still be running if he didn't help me out. I would recommend this shop to any and every one.

Timely and professional

I had a bad tire, leaving in morning for trip. Got to store about 20 minutes before closing and they replaced tire promptly.

Andrea was very professional and lovely to deal with as she was attentive. She dealt with a busy afternoon really well!

No issues after leaving the vehicle for part of the day for a warranty tire rotation.

Called 40 minutes before closing time and Sydney, the store manager took me as a walk in for my car service and completed the work done even after being arriving 20 minutes before closing.

I want to thank you for having Sydney Crupmton on your staff. He was FANTASTIC!! I came in for battery service. I asked him how long and it was 45 mins or more. I let him know that my 90 year old Father-in-Law was in the hospital and I snuck out to get the battery as we had to have it jumped the day before, it had a couple of amps left and was corroded at the terminals. He said "I'll take it back now"!! I was out in 18 minutes!! He went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty!! He's a keeper!! I own an almost 80 year old company and I know talent when I see it! He should be in your management program as he knows customer service, he's very friendly and not pushy!! At th end of the day, if you were starting a new team, he should be the #1 draft choice!!!
