NTB-National Tire & Battery

NTB installed a tire I bought online, with a loose wheel. No issues, and price was normal, $15 for a mount and balance. NTB is open long hours, which is very convenient.

I was in a time crunch trying to get my oil change before heading out to a long road trip. Despite being extremely busy, Sydney Crumptom and his crew were able to get my car serviced and back on the road within 15 minutes. I cannot thanks Sydney enough for his professionalism and excellent quality of service for all of my visits at NTB.

Great service

The staff was welcoming and informative.

Sales staff was very polite and helpful. Service itself was fair they did not put the spare tire up just put it in the back of the car. They also did not reset the tire sensor and did not put a cap on one of the valve stems. If I didnt feel like I got a good value I dont know if I would come back.

The associate Andrea was very helpful and walked me through the process.

SURPRISED ABOUT THE CHARGES...OIL CHANGE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 28.23 ACCORDING TO MY APPOINTMENT SHEET. .ALSO SHOP FEES 27.78..WHEN ASKED THE PERSON WHO CHECKED ME OUT HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT IT WAS FOR.ALSO I DIDNT.ASK FOR AN OIL FILTER..OVERAL NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

Andrea was amazing at the front desk! Very informative and had great customer service!

Alignment was performed well but technician removed the splash pan looking for additional repairs without permission. When replacing the pan, he left out and lost 3 bolts. The bolts had to be ordered from a local Honda dealer. Sloppy work at best!

Quick and awesome service

I asked them to check my balancing. They took 45 mins of time just to come out and tell me my tires are not good. Seriously just to tell me my tires are good they took 45mins.. still they didnt check my balance inspite of waiting for so long...

From being nervous since having a flat tire to smiling at the end of the day…great service definitely recommending NTB and from now on they are the only people working on my car…Top Notch customer service and professionalism is unmatched.
