We needed a flat tire repaired. Other local shops needed 2-3 hours to complete the job. NTB was able to get right on it and we were out the door in about 30 minutes.

Didn't take long they started working g on before appointment.

The employees were nice. The guy apologized for the time it took to get the part (headlight) so that was groovy. Sometimes these things take time. It’s chill.

The entire experience was quick, and the staff was not only friendly but helpful as well.

They are happy to rotate my tires for FREE since I always buy them there.

Great service had some issues with payment they said it was computer error and didn't account for labor, but they gave me a discount and a card for a free oil change and they did a great job replacing my radiator!

Can't beat the price. All work was double checked and recorded. My only drawback was the time it took. Usually they turn a car in 30-45 minutes. This time it took 90. Still they do quality work at a great price. I will continue to use them for PM service work.
