Service was good. I dont like when the rep adds things to the bill without telling me. The web site estimated a cost of $570 but was more at store. Rep added lifetime balance without telling me. He took it off after I questioned charge. Good to know how much cost will be ahead of visit.

The service was good. However, this company over charges for basic services. They charged $140.00 just to do an oil change and replace breaks. Other places are less than half the cost

Very informative on what needed to be done. Came in for two tires, left with four after a very thorough parking lot inspection.

My confidence in the local NTB is shaken. I had to submit a complaint to Corporate which then came through. Review your receipts and keep them as long as you own the vehicle. You will need them.

Bright my vehicle in to get it checked before going on a trip. Were very quick to get it pulled around and looked at. Repairs fixed and back on road!

Speed of service was great and they did let us know that the car needed brakes. The down side was that they tried to pressure us into doing the brakes right then by saying that the brakes were metal on metal. They are worn far enough that they need replaced but are not metal to metal. They also broke a stud on one wheel. They replaced it no charge but didnt bother to tell us that it happened.

Brandon Michalik was the most professional, friendly & customer oriented sales person I have encountered in a long. He was a great sales person.

"I took my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to this NTB location for, among other things, an oil and oil filter change. About two days after picking up the Jeep, I noticed a smell of burning oil. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the NTB mechanics had over-tightened the oil filter cap, cracking the plastic oil filter housing. Oil had been gushing out from the large crack in the housing and burning on the hot metal. I took the Jeep to the Service Center at Clear Lake Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They confirmed the problem and noted that inexperienced mechanics and service centers frequently over-tighten the oil filter cap on Wranglers, leading to a multi-day, expensive repair. In short, if you have a Jeep Wrangler, be careful using this place. A $50 oil change could turn into an expensive repair and put your Jeep out of commission for weeks. I have been working with NTB's parent company, TBC Corp., to get this issue resolved. It seems that TBC Corp. might just pay for the repairs without me having to bring a lawsuit. It turned out to be a costly and tedious mistake to resolve. I picked up the Jeep today after 13 days at the dealership for repairs. The repair bill was even higher than I anticipated---$853.05. The dealer identified the cause as: ""Aftermarket shop-broke oil filter adapter/cooler assembly during oil filter replacement ... was over tightened and broke."" Given that I noticed the leak less than 100 miles after NTB had changed my oil, the cause is more than clear. Dealer and NTB Invoices here: https://imgur.com/a/eq23x What appalls me most is the behavior of the store manager, Douglas Thompson. He reached out to me based on my online reviews commenting on the service his store provided. Our conversation was precisely why I went straight to the parent company: he played dumb, asking me ""what is an oil cooler assembly."" What might be more troubling is that he wasn't lying and truly doesn't know of a standard component of a modern vehicle. He denied liability and tried to bully me until he figured out I am an attorney, am working with TBC Corp. to resolve the issue, and have abundant evidence establishing the cause of my oil leak. Will follow up with the outcome with TBC Corp. The lesson is, don't waste your time going to the NTB store manager if you have a problem: he will simply give you the runaround and play dumb."

The rotated the tires but now my right front tire is making a horrible noise and the low tire light is back in. I have to take it to the dealership now to see what's the problem.

Not worth rating. Store management the worst I seen in my life. Will NEVER go back to NTB again. Ended up taking my business down the street to Discount Tires and purchased the tires that were originally purchased from NTB that didnt even last 2 years and 60K miles. End of subjectTake you Discount Tires!!!
