NTB-National Tire & Battery

Went in at 10:30, told they would call in 45 minutes. 2hrs later, we all and told 10 more min. they called 10minutes later, said tire not repairable. We were going to replace all soon anyway, they had special, buy 3 get one free. total on tires was $475 but with all extras $900. We agreed, was told it would be an hour. . Sooo, ready by 2:30pm. Not ready till 4 and said they had appts that were 1st. If we had been told this at 10:30 we would have made appt for Wednesday. Not happy.

Manager Chris was good to work with. Arranged for my rental and was very tuned into what my vehicle needed.

Only was there to fix a nail in tire, but It took over 2 hours. Asked to also have tires rotated while there, but they forgot. My out of pocket cost was much higher than expected.....$58!

This NTB is very close to where I live. The NTB staff were very kind and took my car right away. These guys are really great. They have checked my tire pressure in the past and have fixed a few tires for me. Always nice. I trust them. I am an older lady and I never feel that NTB is trying to trick me. That's important. I also like that there are no longer tires in the waiting area. That smell was overwhelming.

I had to inflate the tires the following day to the proper level. They did not put my custom valve stem covers back on. I was supposed to get the best tire to use as a spare and they kept all four used tires. They tried to over charge me for front brakes. The tires were not in stock as advertised and I had a prolonged wait.

Chris Stein and his staff stayed after closing to install a battery on my car. They were so kind and had to search the storage to find the special battery for my Subaru. I got there literally as the store should have been closing. Remarkable Team. Thank You.

I have a lifted truck that I did some repairs on that required me to do the alignment. So I took it to NTB at spring cypress and 249. They were nice but they did not know what they were doing. They told me that they did not have a profile to go off of when doing my alignment. Well I hate to tell you that a alignment is a alignment. It doesn't matter where you take it, it is the same. So I will never recommend this location again to anybody.

I had a new tire and went flat due to a nail. They fixed and returned the tire, an hour later it went flat from the same spot again. This time they said they can't fix it and I must by a new tire again, and charged me $120 for a new tire. My tire was already brand new and it was a simple issue with tires. I wouldn't go there again.

I had a tire that was going flat. It turned out it was a nail. I had purchased the tires from NTB with road protection. They looked it up, fixed my tire and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Super!

Another location installed the wrong tires for my truck and over inflated them by 20 PSI. This location after acknowledgeing the error didnt want to correct it and was going to send me away. Knowing the wrong tires were over inflated and could cause an accident. Only after district managers got involved they were replaced.

Mike walked me through the options of what was available immediately or later, pricing options, expected ride quality.

The new people there not customer service friendly. They put in the wrong oil. Didnt ask or look at our history. Been going here since the day it opened. We are taking our business elsewhere.

They were able to quickly address my tire issue and repair it. They offered information about other services without added pressure to purchase those options.
