NTB in Bellevue, TN is the best place I've found on the west side of Nashville. Great people and they do good work. What else can you ask for?

Staff & service was great!

The service and communication was good. However, the main issue with this trip was the scheduling online platform. Apparently, the online scheduling portal does not connect to the local branches creating a lot of miscommunication. Why even have an online scheduling portal if it is not going to send the confirmation or appointment to the branch making the repairs or services?

The are very helpful, great at explaining what is going on with my car, great at helping me prioritize the repairs I needed to make now and which ones could wait a little while...just plan great. Friendly, on time, around the corner...cant thing of enough good things to say about this place! And I have been to other NTB's and they were great too!

I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost happiness and gratitude for the exceptional service provided at your Old Hickory Blvd, Bellevue location throughout the years. The outstanding experience I recently had has solidified my loyalty to your establishment. It all began when my wife called the shop early in the morning to schedule an appointment. The manager, Darby, kindly informed her that if we arrived before 10 am, they would be able to accommodate us. Promptly, we made our way to the shop, ensuring we arrived just in time to honor the arrangement. True to her word, Darby warmly welcomed us and ensured that our 2016 Rav4 received a basic oil change. After dropping off the vehicle, we returned to the shop two hours later for pickup. That's when Darby took a moment to share something important with us. She explained that during the process of removing the oil housing, the service personnel encountered significant difficulty. Despite their best efforts, the housing ended up breaking into several pieces. Understandably concerned, Darby took it upon herself to investigate further. I found a screw in one of my tires and brought it in to get it repaired. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were able to fit me in the next morning and finish it that day. Plus the repair cost was much lower than I was expecting. Needless to say, I am very happy with the service I was provided!
