Took longer than normal, otherwise it was fine.

i was early for my appointment but they got to it and when i returned from a quick dinner the car was ready

In the end I was very pleased. The oil change was competitively prices and brands I like. I had to lower the stars because I made an appointment online, and when I arrived at the store they did not have the appointment and could not fit me in. In person they then made me a second appointment. They were very friendly during the second appointment, but also very busy. It took an hour to get my oil changed.

I come to NTB for an oil change often. The manager at the front, I believe her name is Keisha, is always very helpful. She’s always will to thoroughly explain anything I need to know about my vehicle.

I took my car in for struts. They said that I needed brakes and rotors on the front and back, along with a right passenger CV joint. I paid almost $2K only to leave with the car sounding worse than when I went in. I took it back and although it is no longer rattling it is still squeaking. Frustrated is an understatement because I have to take my car in a third time to figure out what is wrong with my car.

Staff was friendly and they got the service done quickly. It was my second time using them on Charlotte and they are great!

Customer service is excellent every visit. Staff are always friendly. I feel that they are always very upfront about the needs of your car, pricing, and what they can and cannot fix. I really appreciate that type of communication and honesty.
