Automotive repair scammers! Didn't complete tire rotate/balance after 3 hour wait and had an appointment and said it would be an hour. Told my leaking heater hose was $700 to repair. Went to a reputable repair shop and got leak fixed for $65 and a $12 part. Told I needed an alignment after a visual inspection, not from an alignment check, and was totally NOT needed. Never going back. EVER.

I have been coming to this location for years and have always been satisfied with the service provided.

Poor, never going back to this location. When my car was returned to me, there was oil every where. Oil on my door handle, steering wheel, gear shift, windshield and middle console. My seat and floor mat was stained with oil as well. I went in to complain and they were not helpful at all, didn't even apologize for the mess or offer to clean it up. I spoke with a female manager and she asked me to go get my car detailed and come back with receipt.

Jacob McClendon was excellent.

I came in 3 mins before closing on Memorial Day weekend, and the associate was at the front desk ready to help me. He answered all my questions and was extremely efficient without rushing me. Can’t say enough about how professional Christopher Andrade was, give that man a raise.

Counter associate was very helpful and expedited my battery change. All said and done I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Also did an assessment of my brake pads and let me know to return at a later date for service. I appreciate the honesty!
