not very good communication with front desk person and customer. Asked questions to him and was not answered promptly by the front desk person.

My wife took the car in for an oil change, and windshield wiper change. Four hours later they finally finished. NTB personnel did not update her on what was happening. The wife is not happy with the service she got.

Service was slow or they took on more than the store or service area can handleI was at the store for 3 hours and did not get everything done in one dayreturned the second morning to find out the person who does the alignment was out sickShouldnt the managers know how to do the job if a employees calls out sick not just tell the customer who came back to get the first set of things done, just to be told that we cant do the job today. no solution just we cant help you today
