I was fortunately in that I came needing a new battery right then and they were able to help me on a Saturday afternoon.

Took the car in because one tire had a slow leak. It was fixed quickly and at no charge! Love this place, they take care of you!

Noe was excellent. Clearly explained my options, provided his expertise in helping me decide which option to choose, and kept me up to date on progress on my service.

This company consistently gives my cars top-notch service, treating my car as they would their own. Highly recommended.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that the service I have received is because NTB has hired a knowledgeable person that "knows" the definition of service and the reality is (for me) that I pay for service and not necessarily an item. Noe Almazan is a terrific and well spoken, smart person. It delights me that I walk into to deal with my problem when he is there to provide a candid and simple solution. Thanks Noe!
