My vehicle was taken in to fix a flat; I thought the service here was good and will bring my vehicle back in for tire services

Mr. Theo was very professional. He was very friendly and patient in answering all my question.

Easy to set an appointment online, show up, and drive off before long with the maintenance needed.

Staff was excellent. Got us in quickly and patched our tire. Top notch service. We love NTB!!!!

Good services! They had me in and out!

I went in and was unsure if my battery was bad or not, because my vehicle stalled this morning when trying to start it. The manager was able to look up my vehicle and found that my battery was still under warranty. I will be back to this location . The manager took great care after another auto store told me that I had a bad starter. Thanks

On Friday, July 21,2023, Mr. Theodies K. Morgan, was excellent help to me! I’ve been having major car issues for a while and the previous dealership I’ve been a loyal customer to, could not diagnose the problem after multiple visits. I told Mr. Theo what I was experiencing with my maxima and he told me they’ll do a full inspection. Within an hour my car was diagnosed and 1 of the major problems is now fixed. Upon pick up, Mr. Theo informed me that my steering hose has a leak, & they patched it up but will have to order that part since there are non in stock for my type of car. I plan to come back and get that fixed as well. Safety is a huge priority for me and I feel very confident driving my car knowing it’s getting serviced and fixed properly. And also that my concerns with me car were addressed. My car drives so much smoother, feels like a new car again. NTB, you now have a loyal customer and I will continue doing business here.
