NTB-National Tire & Battery

Had a coupon for $19.95 for oil change & tire rotation. After 1hr , I was told its done. Could not rotate tire as it was 7yrs old. I had put the tires in 2014. So Mgr & I checked it..it came out 27/13 implying around 5yrs. Manager said..they don't rotate if its 5 yrs + old. Why don't they write the disclaimer somewhere. I would not have gone there if I had known it. When I came out, I saw oil dripping , showed it to the mechanic. he had to take it back and tighten the screws.

The young man Chad/brad I don’t really remember his name and the store manager Jason where extremely professional and helped me get the tires for me after one blew a bubble I will certainly be returning back to this location for all of my future repairs

He does it all with a smile on his face. Bradley & Jason are literally the best & the main reason I still come to NTB. I will always come back as long as Bradley is there to help me :) this is the only location I will ever come to thanks guys

My experience was great due to the friendly staff and being able to get my oil changed quickly even though I did not have an appointment scheduled.
