Mr.Nick M, the Store Manager was very professional, respectful and quick to start my service. Nick also explain to me the importance of getting an alignment due to the test results he ran. I ‘ve brought my vehicle in a couple of times before and found Nick to very knowledgeable about my car so I trusted him enough to agree to the additional service which I never do on the spot. Overall I’m very satisfied with my service because Nick was involved. Customer Service means everything to me so I will only go to NTB for all my tire needs.
